Goats

We are raising Nigerian Dwarf and Oberhasli dairy goats.  We chose the Nigerian Dwarf because of the higher fat contained in their milk, which will be a great asset in out cheesemaking operation.  The Oberhasli's were a great find.  We like them for their temperment and the larger quanity milk we recieve.
